Truelight Technology provides software development, mobile and web application development, AI/ML solutions, cloud infrastructure services, and professional training. The scope, timeline, and deliverables for any engagement will be defined in a separate project agreement or statement of work.

3. Client Responsibilities

When engaging our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information necessary for the project.
  • Respond to requests for feedback, approvals, or materials in a timely manner.
  • Ensure you have the rights to any content, data, or materials you provide to us.
  • Pay all agreed fees on time as outlined in the project agreement.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • All intellectual property rights in the deliverables transfer to the client upon full payment.
  • Truelight Technology retains the right to use general knowledge, skills, and experience gained during the engagement.
  • We may showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement is in place.
  • Pre-existing tools, libraries, and frameworks used remain the property of their respective owners.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. General terms include:

  • A deposit may be required before work commences.
  • Invoices are due within the period stated on the invoice.
  • Late payments may incur additional charges or result in suspension of work.

6. Project Changes & Cancellation

Changes to project scope, timeline, or requirements may result in adjusted costs and deadlines. Either party may terminate a project with written notice, subject to payment for work completed to date.

7. Warranties & Disclaimers

We strive to deliver high-quality work. However:

  • Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • We do not guarantee that our website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
  • Bug fixes and maintenance after project delivery are subject to separate support agreements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Truelight Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of an engagement. This obligation survives termination of any agreement.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks.
